Shipping fees
Shipping fees have a fixed rate based on the shipping address.
Canada: $10 CAD
United States: $15 CAD
International: Calculated at checkout
Order tracking
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order is being processed. Order processing generally takes between 3 and 5 business days.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a Canada Post tracking number to follow the progress of your package.

Return policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the purchased item must be in its original state: unused and unwashed. A receipt or proof of purchase must also be provided.

If the return is accepted, a shipping label and instructions will be emailed to you.
We will notify you once we have received your returned item. Once your item is inspected, we will let you know if the refund is approved or not. If it is, the refund will automatically be returned to your original method of payment.
Please note that we only refund shipping fees for deliveries within Canada.
